Winston

When I was younger my mum worked for a charity, and as with many charities this one had several patrons of note. One Sunday morning the phone rang and the poshest, most authoritative male voice I’d ever heard asked to speak to my mum.
“Can I say who is calling?” I asked, intimidated.
“This is Winston Churchill,” said the man.
I passed the phone to my mum and looked on in astonishment as she began, “Hi Winston…”
